  1. Jesse, I apologize for not seeing your message sooner. I suppose I never saw the "Notificaitons" button next to my user name until just now. That shows how tech oriented I am!!!! I'm about 100 mi. SW of St. Louis right down I-44 then south of 44 about 10 miles. If you're going to be up St. Louis way again let me know!

About sharps4590
Biography:
59 years old. Dad started me squirrel hunting at the ripe olf age of 5 and I haven't stopped since. Married, two sons aged 37 and 39. I enjoy reloading and working up cases and loads for old and obscure cartridges and the firearms that shoot them. I like shooting for fun, education and competition. It seems I've always reloaded ammo starting with shotshells at 8 or 9 years old, helping Dad. From my mid-30's until my early 50's I shot competitively in several disciplines. Mostly muzzleloaders but also shot Handgun Silouhette and BPCR for a few years. There has always been within me a thirst for knowledge about all firearms rifled. As I've gotten older my tastes have refined and approaching my dottage I find myself fascinated by and drawn to the firearms of Germany and Austria. Their craftsmanship, engineering and ingenuity draw me in like a vortex. I look forward to learning so much more about these works of art.
