Just being picky: we are not afforded a decent amount of time to answer a question, create a small article or to make extended comments regarding someone else's answer before being "kicked off" line. I don't like having to go to "Edit" and copy what I have written in order to paste it only moments later. So extend the time for members to answer questions; offer new information; or place a small amount of information so the rest of our organization can read it....Thanks, Jim Cate

Hello! Any body out there? I have posted a couple posts here but nobody else seems to be around. Looks like everybody has gone on vacation for a few days!! Or may be you are all attending SHOT show??

PS. I agree with Jim above. The forum software quickly times out before you can comfortable write a post.

Thank you fellers, I found the settings for the 'time out' function. It was set for 900 seconds. I upped it to 1800. I hope that helps some. I can make it longer for you more thoughtful types, if you need it. "Post in haste, repent at leisure."
We were at the Beinfeld Show last week. We did well.

Well Roger, we really missed you picking up the check in the restaurant. I hope you can be there next time. The show was pretty good but not as well attended as in years past, in my opinion. One of our female friends complained about the lack of any Tom Selleck in the crowd. Tommy, our boss, picked up some things including one that might make it onto the calendar next year, a really nice UAZ target pistol. I bought a mechanical target that another of our members had tired of and an ML conversion for one of our friends in Europe. It is the end of the month and I have some other things to do but I will try to put some pictures up for you.

Most gun shows these days are slammed by massive crowds looking to buy anything semi-automatic and high cap as well as all the ammo they can carry away. There is only so much "gun money" out there and even people I know who never had an interest in tactical guns have decided to buy one. Thus the lower attendence at the best quality gun show in the country. I hope to be at the Antique Arms Show next year.
